Left ov. cyst 3.6 cm. could be complex hemorrhagic cyst. this week wiped blood after bowel. doc said could be hemorrhoids or it could be bc of cyst since i have a bit of spotting be4 period. should i redo the vag ultrasnd first or check 4 hemorrhoid?

Both can be checked: however, if more bleeding is noted with bowel movements, then focus on the hemorrhoids, regardless followup with recommended ultrasound.
