I recently (2 or so months ago) started using meth. and within the first week whenever i have a bowel movement, it is extremely bloody, more than there is when im on my period. im thinking its a hemorrhoid or something, can it go away on its own?

Quit using meth immediately. See a doctor to be examined and evaluated for bleeding in the stool. If you have blood in your stool additional investigation may be needed. However, meth is your bigger problem.

Meth will mess you up bigtime . So if you want good health stop it NOW. Re blood in stool see a gastroenterologist or your MD asap for without an exam and tests no diagnosis can be made. Wishing you well.
