Life changes: If you can't stick to your normal routine, develop new ones. If you are allowed to walk around in nature in your area - do so. Are there things that you have wanted to do for a long time but haven't had the time - this might be the right time. Consider volunteering - there are many non-contact volunteer activities you can find on line. Continue to engage in activities that give your life meaning.

Some suggestions for someone experiencing mild anxiety/depression as a result of the pandemic: adhere to a healthy diet, get plenty of sleep, regular exercise, reach out to friends and family members for emotional support, join a support group composed of your peers, etc.
