You have posted a curious statement on this site, not a clear question. It seems obvious that you have or had a psychiatrist & likely need to be back under their care if you are not at present. You could have symptoms post covid that is not unusual. I would suggest that you speak with your doctor and see if they can try something in the short term to help the anxiety. Wellbutrin helps with depression but not usually with anxiety.
