You may be depressed and you need to see a doctor, See one in an adjoining town if you do not want to see one in your town. Regular exercise will help. Start your day with 30 minutes of aerobic exercise. Not the easiest thing to do, but will do wonders for your psyche. Wish you good health!

Definitely an issue in trying to protect your privacy, maybe starting with a cardio specialist in the closest bigger medical center as your health issues are still the most important so that you can continue to work.

Your health is paramount, and chronic anxiety will erode your strength, energy and confidence. See an out-of-town doc or one at a university medical center. It is certainly understandable to have privacy issues in a small town. Having a basic physical can help you understand if your symptoms are due to illness or other cause. Best wishes.

Cardiac and respiratory complications may occur following acute COVID 19. It is also not uncommon to experience post COVID 19 changes in mood and sleep. A follow up examination and evaluation are indicated. In the meantime, rest, stay well hydrated and reduce stress.
