Hey i'm seeing blood in my stool when i wipe myself its really alarming as it's been happening for 2 weeks already. i'm not constipated, i am hiv positive i'm just extremely concerned it has to do with that. and i have kinda regular bowl movement?

See a dr: Blood in the stool can be concerning. With the HIV diagnosis, it can mean colitis, which is frequently caused by an infective agent (shigella, amoebiasis, CMV, Campylobacter, Clostridium dificile). There are straightforward treatments for most of these infections, so a visit to a dr for a stool culture is important.
