Hi i am experiencing itching in the anal area for about 2 weeks now. i am occasionally constipated.but i do have bowel movements 2 to 3 times a day. there is no blood in the stool. i hav taken vermox last week.

Possibilities: Itching in that area is a non-specific finding. It is rarely due to pinworms in an adult unless small kids are in the house & even then not common. The source can range from bacterial & yeast or fungal infection to food allergy. Gentile clensing & a mild steroid cream often stops the symptoms.
