Ive had an enlarged lymph node in my groin for 4-5 months that has not improved and very slightly larger. gp today on follow up thought it has some surface irregularity now and wants to possibly do an us + biopsy. could it still likely be reactive?

Watch and wait: You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
