Hi,i regularly measure my blood pressure on both my arms. the left arm is generally 130-65 and right is 120-60. is this ok or shoul i go to doc.

Close enough: I think you will find that if you measure the BP in just one arm 3 times, you'll get 3 slightly different readings. Your readings are normal.

Hi I am 21 years old male, and whenever I check my blood pressure it's higher in the right arm like 140/90 and left arm it is around 130/80 ish average, I don't smoke I exercise regularly, but I have panic anxiety.does which arm matter regarding BP?
