I have had multiple episodes of vasovagal sycope since i was a teenager. the tests at the er all come back normal. my family doctor says it may be caused by stress. this is happening more often and lasting longer. what could be causing this?

Hard to say: I would ask your primary doc for a referral to a life coach/therapist who could help you explore the possible triggering events. Along with this work, they can teach you a skill set needed to anticipate & manage stressors. With skills on board you may be able to overcome this process.
