Hi doc! good morning. just want to have second opinion regarding my xray reading. it says: patchy right apical air space is seen, suspicious for infective changes. granulumatous infection is main consideration. ?

Described changes: Suggest an infectious cause affecting your right upper lung and the location suggests tb as typically involving upper lobes. TB or tuberculosis will have to be ruled in or out.
