I have had bad constipation for a few months now, but it's getting more severe. i have light headedness when i stand to the point were i faint and lots of blood and bloody mucas in my stool, toilet and on the toilet paper. lots of pain in tummy.

See your dr: Any changes in bowel habits accompanied by blood in stool and abdominal pain needs to be seen by a Dr. Do not delay, as this could be a serious problem. Your dr will examine your stool, take xrays or other imaging and perform an abdominal exam to determine if treatment needs to be started emergently or otherwise.
