Ibs w/o constpation or diarhea? before had general tummy pain w/ both, now just have lower left ab discomfort. had ultrasound, stool, blood test-ok.

Unusual: Ibs in the absence of changes in bowel habits is not common and would question the diagnosis. You should be seen by a GI doctor and evaluated thoroughly for the source of the pain. Not enuf info to even make an intelligent guess over the internet.
