Although it does not sound like anything to be overly concerned about, the only way to know what it is for sure would be to show it to your doctor. Even then, they may not be able to pinpoint the finding. If it persists, see your primary care doctor. Good luck.

Constipated | Today passed a normal brown coloured stool although light red blood turned toilet water red and blood also on toilet paper when wiped
Have had bad constipation for 2 weeks. Doctor said take miralax (polyethylene glycol). Stools are loose and thinner then normal and I noticed some black specks like pepper?
