Constipation: The weight loss is bothersome unless it has been intentional. Otherwise, you desperately need a consultation with a gastroenterologist.

Cramps: crampy bloody diarrhea with cramps would be suspicious for an inflammatory bowel problem. Ulcerative colitis would be high on the list.
