I am 45 and male. Serum IgA at 472 mg/dl and an apparent polyclonal gammopathy IgA kappa/lambda typing appear increased. Serum free light chain: high kappa 35 mg/L, lambda normal 17.8 mg/L and a ratio of 1.97. Is this Myeloma? No M-protein found?
What does a polyclonal gammopathy, kappa and lamdba type, with an elevated alpa-2, beta, IgA, CRP, and Sedimentation rate indicate?
