PCP and Dentist: Please see your dentist. Sometimes the underlying cause is a dental problem. An xray to ensure that there is no dental problem is one starting point. Chronic sinusitis may also be another cause. Rinse nasal passages with saline and monitor your temperature.

Cheek swelling: Cheek swelling can be due to different things. You haven't listed any other symptoms other than the swelling. It would be best to see your primary doctor and then a referral to an ENT doctor would be the best route to take.
