My left side of my face is swollen i am wondering why? my left cheek is swollen so bad it's tight and it's pulling down on my eye a little.

Cheek : Cheek swelling can occur from a dental infection, cellulitis or infection of the skin/tissues under the skin, or from infection in the sinuses. Allergic reactions can cause facial swelling but it is usually on both sides. If your symptoms persist or you have pain, fever, or new complaints then please be medically evaluated.

Could be infection: When was your last dental check up? You mak have a tooth that is non-vital and is draining into your cheeck. Please be evaluated immediately by a dentist to determine if one or more of your teeth is the cause.
