Cheek swollen: While these symptoms may point to a number of causes, it sounds like a swollen salivary gland. This can be an isolated occurrence, or part of a syndrome called Sjogren's Syndrome. The sore tongue suggests an inflammatory process. You might consult an ENT specialist.
