Could you have diabetes if your fasting glucose level and hba1c levers are normal?

Unlikely: If both HbA1c and fasting glucose are normal you are most likely fine. Occasionally people are having much higher sugars AFTER they eat (measured 2 hours) and are diabetic without knowing it. This would have been reflected in the A1c though which is why I think you're probably fine!
