I was on zoloft 50ml down from 150ml to start anafranil as my dr. recommend but my anxiety rebound before starting it,now on it for 2 weeks with severe anxiety and depression i dont khn what to do shall i go back to zoloft or continue on anafranil. ?

Call prescriber: It would be important to know why you were to be taken off the zoloft-your prescriber know s your medical and treatment history so best to judge how to proceed. If you were being taken off the zoloft becasue it did not seem to be working you now know that was not the case -it was working , if just not working well enough both the meds together might be a good choice.
