See OBGYN: There is nothing that you do other than usual pre-natal care, especially not smoking and staying well hydrated. Your OBGYN needs to follow this.

Lung development : 16-24 wks is when the baby undergoes an important phase of lung development. If the fluid is low then the baby may not create enough lung tissue and could have trouble breathing at delivery. Depending on how low the levels are it might just be monitored. If necessary you may need an amnioinfusion. In other words, I know you’ll be fine if you are monitored well.
