How low?: Oligohydramnios is defined as afi <2.5%tile for gestational age (or: afi <5cm, mvp <2cm); it can be due to rupture of the amniotic membranes, maternal dehydration, bilateral fetal renal dysgenesis, or fetal growth restriction (+/- fetal aneuploidy). Fetal surveillance is indicated twice weekly, and delivery by 34-37 weeks depending on your mfm's advice. Maintain hydration, avoid exercise, get u/s.

Perinatologist: If you have oligohydramnios (low amniotic fluid) then your obstetrician should refer you to a specialist of high risk pregnancies. In the meantime bed rest.
