I have a small laceration on my left lower limb on the tibia bone. it seems deep enough for stitches. strangely there is an air bubble developing around the wound under the skin ?

Laceration: If if it's deep enough for stitches, then go to a clinic or doctor that can repair it. Don't really know what an "air bubble" is but more importantly, it needs to be repaired.
