Got a small lump on my tibia two weeks ago. it moves with the skin, not attached to the bone. causes other pain in my leg, as high as my glute.

How small?: if not attached to bone, this my be a skin cyst or small skin growth called dermatofibroma. It would be unusual for a small growth on the tibia, to cause pain going up to your glut in your buttocks. IS it red or warm? Any pain that persists deserves to be examined by a docctor.
