i have done 2 pregnancy tests and both have come out positive. when would i be able to have my first scan and check/blood test to confirm this? i think i will be 4 weeks pregnant this week.

Congratulations.: An ultrasound around 6 - 8 weeks is useful for proving viability and confirming a due date. Blood tests can be done any time now to confirm. It is important to discuss with your doctor, as your history may requires testing/sonogram sooner, such as a past ectopic pregnancy.
