Not required: If you missed your period and had two positive pregnancy tests - it sounds like your are pregnant. Home pregnancy tests are quite accurate.

No need: Sounds like you are pregnant. I hope this is good news for you. Take care of yourself. Avoid all alcohol, recreational drugs and do not take any over the counter medication unless cleared by your doctor. Ask your doctor now what prenatal vitamins and supplements he or she recommends. Wear mask and practice social distancing if you go out in public!
