Recurrent infection: Call your Dentist. You will probably require definitive hands-on care, not just pills. As you have had recurrence, it may be advisable for you to see a Periodontist, a gum/bone specialist. Your Dentist can call in an antibiotic Rx to help tide you over until you can be physically examined and treated.
