5 to 7 Days: Facial cuts heal pretty fast and it is 5 to 7 days to heal and redness may take another week or so to go away.

Cut While Shaving: Without a visual, it's hard to say, but apply triple antibiotic creme (polysporin, neosporin) and, if possible, cover it with a loose band aid. Normally, if you have good circulation to the area (where is it?), it will heal in about a week if it is red and raw, im worried that it might be infected or deeper than a superficial cut. Watch it closely for progress, and call your doctor if worse.
