Ultrasound: Sonograms are useful in estimating due date and conception date, as well as viability. Blood levels are rising, however, they should approximately double every 2 days. The levels are doubling, but time between tests, was not given.

Fetal pole: At eight weeks pregnancy, trans vaginal ultrasound with measurement of fetal pole and heart rate should be noted. If the ultrasound demonstrates good fetal pole and heart beat with adequate rise of HCG as you have shown, conservative approach is the best option in spite of spotting. May consider interval weekly ultrasound until the end of first trimester.
