I had a missed miscarriage at 6 weeks and hcg levels dropping. i still have not had any cramps or or bleeding. is it safe to let nature run its course and have a natural miscarriage at home or is a d & c a safer choice. thanks?

Can take a: couple of weeks, on it's own. Medications such as misoprostil, can help speed the process, a D&C would be faster. The need for a D&C still could rise if bleeding becomes heavy and longer duration.
