I dont know if im paranoid but i did a hcg test and its positive,now light bleeding for a week& painful cramps which have worsened since this morning. should i be worried? previous miscarriage at 7wks

Concerning: What you describe is concerning for a miscarriage. Some spotting and mild cramping are not unusual in early pregnancy, but increasing painful cramps are concerning for miscarriage. Your doctor can check an HCG level and possibly an ultrasound to determine if this is a miscarriage. Good luck.
