If china is ahead of the rest of the world in recovery from coronavirus, can blood from those coronavirus survivors be used to make a vaccine for the rest of the world?

Numbers: Vaccines are made using one of three techniques: make a weakened form of the virus, make an inactivated form of the virus, use part of the virus (esp proteins on the outside). These viruses can be taken from any person infected, not just recovered persons. Plasma from recovered persons might be used in treating the infection, but not for a vaccine. Currently several active trials for vaccine= time

Temporary: immunity can be gained in this manner, usually lasts about six months. The actual virus or a portion of the virus would be likely needed in vaccine form to trigger a more lasting immunity.
