Thyroid replacement: You need medication to replace the thyroid hormone. The doctor who ordered the TSH test should be able to prescribe medication available locally.

Thyroid replacement: You most likely has hashimotos thyroid disease. Get a free t4, thyroid antibody, and talk to your doctor about thyroid replacement.

T4 replacement: Get a baseline free t4. You need brand name T4 replacement as soon as possible. Then your doctor needs to adjust the dose at 6 week intervals to make sure your levels are correct.
