I checked inside my ear there is no redness swelling or anything, yet i feel sensations ?

Middle ear vs canal: The outer ear canal ends at a thin membrane that divides your inner ear from your canal. It is possible that the sensations may be due to inner ear problems instead of canal problems. If you develop a fever, ear pain, or diminished hearing, please have a dr look in your ear. They can see not only the canal, but through the membrane into the inner ear.
