Might be abscess...: If the tooth does not hurt, then the nerve in the tooth may have died... that's why the tooth does not hurt. Your best bet is to have that tooth extracted ASAP.

See Oral Surgeon : Have the wisdom tooth out. The antibiotics you are taking for your condition may be suppressing ( but they can't cure) the infected tooth.

Wisdom tooth pain: It is impossible to make a diagnosis without a clinical exam and Xrays . However, Chronic pain usually indicates an infection. See your dentist or an oral surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. If it is an infection, the longer you wait, the more painful the outcome.
