It is painful when i swallow- sort of starting of tonsillitis. this lasts overnight and when i wake up in the morning it's gone, only to start a day or 2 later. this has been going on now for more than a week. please help.

COVID-19 infections tend to have cough, whereas strep usually lacks cough but has more throat pain.
