Fungal infection too: Happy days for you! you are probably expressing a yeast infection too. Sometimes taking antibiotics will cause this to happen. Just means more medications for you. A Mycelex (clotrimazole) trouche would be advisable. Check with your dr.

Fungus: Unfortunately sometimes antibiotics given to resolve a bacterial infection result in fungal overgrowth. Please seek care from your Primary Care Physician to help reestablish the proper flora balance. It might be a good idea to consult with an ENT if you have a recurrent tonsillitis problem.
