COVID 19: The possibility of dying from COVID 19 is significantly higher than from influenza. It is very contagious. The death rate for COVID 19 is still being determined because it has been differed in people of different races or in different areas of the world. On 3 MAR 2020 the estimated fatality rate by WHO was about 3.4%. That isn't low. As of 1 May 2020 there were 237,458 reported deaths.
