Media keeps upping panic about covid-19 and the medical experts they quote all give doomsday predictions that nearly everyone in the u.s. will get it. one rept says almost 2 million americans will die of it. i'm scared. what can i do to stay calm?

COVID 19: I have not heard any predictions that everyone in the US will be infected. The comments about 2 million deaths was looking at one model without any protective precautions being taken. To stay calm - take precautions. Wash hands often with warm water & soap for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth unless hands have just been washed. Use a face covering or mask when in public.

Recovered from Covid that lasted a few days. However Im experiencing daily panic attacks that Ive never had before. First 2 days my panic attack lasted all day. 6 days later they only last 1-2 hours. Is this permanent or will I feel normal again?
