There are lot of things right now changing right now in so many areas. AVOID sugar, get lots of green leafy veggies. Get social support, connect with loved ones electronically-if you get a high fever or trouble breathing call your doctor

Continue to monitor for symptoms of COVID 19 which may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
