Question unclear : I assume you are asking if COVID 19 is transmitted by blood through an open wound/cut. I am not aware of any evidence to show that. It is clear that the virus is transmitted by respiratory droplets (from cough/sneeze) that enter through the nose/mouth/eyes. But it would be safest to cover the cut/wound anyway to prevent infection from bacteria in the environment, & cleanse daily with soap/water
