Ask the person whose blood you touched they have HIV. If possible. But chances are VERY unlikely that you got it. Best to discuss with a Dr. in Iran who knows about the chances there. You did not if you foreskin has any sores. Is so show to Dr. there.

Zero risk even if the blood was from an HIV infected person, even if you didn't wash. Nobody in the world ever caught HIV from such indirect contact. And soap and water instantly kills HIV.
