I'm pregnant and hiv+, haven't attended lactation class yet, and willing to breastfeed my baby, so what are the chances of transimitting the virus to him? what happens to cracked or sore nipple ?

Get medical care: You may have transmitted HIV to your baby through the uterus. If that did not happen you risk transmitting the virus through milk, with or without cracked nipples. It is imperative that both you and your baby received medical are at the earliest. Wish you and your baby good health!
