Choice: There are several things to consider regarding the surgery. If it is confirmed that there's no cancer, the last call is yours. In your situation you can still take another medication that will improve the symptoms of the frequency or take the surgery. None has no consequences or secondary effects, talk to your urologist, consider them all and then make a choice.
