A member asked:

My son is 17 and wants to take hgh to help him grow as he is concerned he is too short (he is 175cm) will hgh make a difference i am 180cm and his mother is 169cm?

May/not help: His predicted final height would be 180 cm +/-. For HGH or anything to increase height would require that he have open growth centers. If they are open he may get there naturally. Any use of HGH should be under the supervision of a endocrinologist. If he is not HGH deficient the use of the drug would only get him to where he would later anyway. If growth centers are closed he is at final height.
