I am 75 and have copd as a result of cancer. i work in a grocery store. it is imperative that i work as social security does not cover our bills. i use sanitizer after every customer and keep distance. is that enough to stay safe from covid?

Not really, but....: I wish you didn't have to work. You are at high risk for COVID from your workplace. Anything you can do to decrease risk is worth it, including wearing a mask and standing behind protective plastic. You can't decrease your risk entirely unless you stay home. Is it possible for you to work in the back of the store, away from customers? Or go on disability? Best of luck to you!
