These problems are not ones that should prevent COVID vaccination. They are not likely to increase the risk of side effects or reduce the effectiveness of immunization. You must be vaccinated: COVID itself is far more dangerous than the vaccine, especially in people with underlying lung disease like COPD. Discuss with your doctor, and good luck!
