Social distancing: Most infections are not severe, although many patients with COVID-19 have critical illness. Most of the fatal cases have occurred in patients with advanced age or underlying medical comorbidities. Preventive measures include hand washing, respiratory hygiene (cover cough), avoid touching your face, avoid crowds, cleaning and disinfecting objects and surfaces that are frequently touched.

You would need to be extra vigiliant of symptoms. Hygiene and social distancing is by the far the most important for you at this stage. Disease complications seem to associated with those with underlying medical conditions.
