My friend some 2 months ago had fever of around 100, more cough( he is a copd patient ),diarrhea , oxygen saturation of aound 70 and a headache . his wife had fever of around 99 too and sore throat . they recovered by themselves.. do you think covid?

Possibly: At this point they would need an antibody test to help determine if they had been infected in the past (but it wouldn't necessarily tell you when they had been infected).
